3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

As a pusy88 platform user, you agree not to:

Pusy88 reserves the right to investigate and report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the pusy88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods supported by the platform, including but not limited to local bank transfers and approved e-wallets.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you. Using a bank account or payment method that is not yours is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, are subject to the current policy and may change from time to time. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen payment method and may take between 1 to 5 business days.

Pusy88 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment providers. All transaction decisions are final once confirmed by the system and cannot be reversed.

Pusy88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, attempted system manipulation, or for security reasons. Where an account is closed on valid grounds, any remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to compliance with relevant regulations.

Users may also voluntarily close their account by contacting the pusy88 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 7 business days.
